This policy explains what information Tasaud Electro-Mechanical & Security Systems Company (“TASAUD”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, you provide us:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Service you are enquiring about (optional)
  • Your message

We also read your IP address at the moment of submission, to enforce a rate limit against spam. We do not otherwise track your browsing activity on this site.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to:

  • Read and respond to your enquiry.
  • Reply to the email address you gave us, directly.
  • Block automated and abusive submissions to the form.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who We Share It With

Submitted form data is sent, as an email, through Brevo, our email delivery provider. Brevo processes the content of your message solely to deliver it to our inbox; no other third party receives your submission.

Our contact page shows a map of our office locations. Its map images are served by CARTO, using map data from OpenStreetMap. Loading that page requests those images from CARTO’s servers, which reveals your IP address to them, whether or not you interact with the map. That exchange is governed by CARTO’s own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The map images on the contact page are fetched as plain image requests and return no cookies either, so no part of this site places a cookie in your browser.

Data Retention

We keep form submissions only as email in our inbox; they are not stored in a database. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are held in server memory for at most ten minutes, cleared automatically after that, and lost entirely on every deployment.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a prior enquiry, by emailing [email protected]. We will act on your request as soon as we reasonably can.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the version currently in force.
